Central Arizona Chapter
July Minutes

July’s meeting was a working meeting hosted by Alfred and Virginia. Thank you Virginia for lunch.

Attendees: Bill Nagle, CJ, Bob, Kent, and Alfred.

We started creating scenery using the donations provided by Chuck.  A mountain top castle over looking a Swiss village.

Thanks to Bill Nagle for looking into Shirts for our club. It was agreed upon by the five of us attending today, that having a shirt will be good marketing and promotion for ETE but especially for our own chapter and bring in more membership. Therefore it was agreed that we should go out for email survey ballet that we would have a Pocket T-Shirt (Color and Style TBD) with following:

Shirt Front
ETE logo on the right hand side with Central Arizona
                                                                Chapter

ETE
                                                   European Train Enthusiasts

Option: your Name embroidered on the left side above the pocket.

Shirt Back
An Engine silk screen:
Choose One:
  1. (Electric) Swiss Croc
  2. (Steam) Deutsch Bahn BR 50 210
  3. (Diesel) OBB Class 2016 “Hercules” or Belguim, Holland, Dutch, GM

Respond back to me by Friday 31st July 09, so that we can tally up the survey and present it to the club at the August meeting.

Over the next three months we will be meeting at Alfred’s RV garage on Saturday to continue work on the module scenery, we will be starting around 0800 and ending at 1200. A great  start was made today with setting up foam, placing the Swiss Village.

Best Regards
Bob
