December Minutes

• Treasurer's Report
  
• There is currently $249.28 in the treasury. Jim will complete the treasurer's duties for the remainder of the year, then pass the funds and information to the next treasurer.
  .
  
• Modules
• A motion to reimburse CJ for $20.01 and Alfred for $69.09 was passed.
  
• The Chapter's end modules are currently being stored at Alfred's. He needs the space in order to work on his own layout. Tim agreed to store two of the modules without scenery. The remaining two will need to be stored by other members. Alfred would like to have them removed by year's end.
• A motion was passed to direct Tim to call the remaining chapter members regarding storage of the remaining modules.
• Alfred offered $10 per house for houses donated by Chuck (about 8-9 houses). This offer will be considered at the next meeting. 
• Kent stated that the Kibri castle he worked on had been donated with the understanding it would be displayed as a tribute to his dad's (Sam Taylor) work. Considering the uncertain future of the Chapter, he will retain ownership of the castle.
  .
• Small Layout
• The small layout which CJ built, and with structures contributed by Sam Taylor existed prior to the formation of the Chapter, and remains the property of CJ.
  
• Election of  Officers
• Because only three of the potential Chapter members for 2010 were at today's meeting, election of officers for 2010 was postponed until the next meeting.
  
  
• Chapter and National dues will be collected at the next meeting.
